Hi there,
I'm not sure when this issue started to occur but it seems I now have a problem with family codes. Some family codes are coming up under the wrong heading in the app. My understanding was that the family was dictated by the column in which the code is entered in the product set up sheet? I've double checked the product sheet and everything is consistent but in the app, they are all jumbled up...
Can you help?
thanks
Adam

The family codes in your Products CSV file don't look right to me. You can view it yourself by going to Manage Files in your cloud account and hitting Download.
