help maping

I have  no experience at all, in how to mapping my files, I uploades  some files  and they are  uploaded, I can not  process files  because they need firs to be mapped,
can you please direct me to a mapping tutorial, or screenshot to see how the mapping look like?

Check out the Getting Started With Your Data guide in the downloads section of this site. This takes you through setting up your file mappings, uploading your data files and then setting any field mappings that you require.

Hi, i have managed to upload my files now - at last - but I cant process files as the button is not lit and doesn't give me that option. I have followed the instructions in the manual but still no joy can anyone help please??

Before the Process Files button is enabled, files should be uploaded to your cloud account and field mappings must be set on those files. Please refer to step 6 of our Getting Started With Your Data guide for instructions on how to do this.

thankyou I did that and it worked - however I am now having trouble getting images to appear - they download ok, so far as I find the image I want and it shows as downloaded but it doesnt show on the product page this is still the Sales presenter logo.Is there a template I should have used? I only did one image just to try it out.

If you go into Manage Files in the Images section on the home page of your cloud account, you will see the filenames of your uploaded images. The filename of the image you have uploaded does not match any product codes you have in your Products CSV file.
