Customers all disappeared on iPad

One on of my users iPads all the customers have disappeared.  We've checked the cloud data and all the customers are still present, and all other iPads are correctly downloading customers, and we've done a reset database on the affected iPad.

How can we get the customers back on this iPad, preferably without doing a full download as this takes over 5 hours to complete due to the number of images and videos

Re: Customers all disappeared on iPad

Disappearing customers usually arises when changing rep restrictions for an iPad.

The database information screen (found in the download manager in Sales Presenter) will show you the number of customers in the database, along with how many of them are viewable by the rep (given any restrictions placed on the device).

We can see that a few restrictions were changed for some of your devices on Wednesday.

However, some of your devices are now restricted to rep codes such as DL or IM and these reps don't have any customers assigned to them. Therefore, there will be no viewable customers on those devices. This is how Sales Presenter has been designed to work.

Resetting a database or forcing a full download only affects data. Images, PDFs and videos won't be downloaded again if they're already on a device.

Re: Customers all disappeared on iPad

Looking at your customer data again, none of your customers have rep codes recorded against them. Therefore, any device that you've set a rep restriction against will no longer be able to see any customers.
