I hope that you can help me.
We currently have the order due date set to 5 days, is this based on working days or just a normal 7 day week?
Also is there anyway to hide the due date and cancel date so that they are not shown at all on the ipad when raising the order.

Sorry one more question, is it possible to set a default due date for example 1st January 2013.

When setting the unit for due/cancel date calculations to Days this is simply a number of physical days. Sales Presenter isn't aware of whether a days is a working day or not.
The defaults can only be set to a number of days, months or years relative to the current date rather than set to a specific date.
The date fields cannot be hidden during order entry, but the order entry screen is something that we're looking to improve at some stage so will take this into account.
