Demo Data in Live Database

Hi
One of our reps has submitted an order with 30 lines of our products and one line from the Demo Data for a Melamine bowl (maybe these need to be added to our range...).  I'm not sure how this could have happened.
Please can you remind me of the steps needed to remove the demo data from a device, without having to reconstruct the live database.

This happens when a device initially has the demo database on it and is then switched over to working with a real cloud account without performing a "reset database" to remove the demo database.

There is no way to remove the demo data from a database without removing the whole database.
