Incorrect catalogue data on a particular iPad

On 1 iPad i know of they do not have the correct catalogues in the drop down yet they are completely up to date with regards to data. How can this be fixed? What info from me do you need?

Can you give us the device name and an example of a catalogue that is not appearing on that device?

iPad: Nick.b's iPad

The catalogue name that is appearing is called "19-08-13 to 16-09-13" and it should be replaced by a catalogue called "17-09-13 to 17-10-13" as it is just renamed and a different file imported.

Does performing a Force a Full Download on the offending iPad correct the issue?

I never recommend this to the sales agents before being given this advise from you as it can take a while and isnt usually necessary.

I will try this and get back to you.

That looks like it has fixed the catalogue problem. Any idea why that had happened?
