Hi, a few of our products have a \ in the code - how can we enter this in the rapdi entry screen, there doesnt seem to be a \ on the presented keyboard?

Up to three special characters can be configured for use on the rapid entry keyboard. You can set them in the Order Entry section of your cloud configuration.
