I am transmitting the discount percentage against each order line in the Back Office History for our Portuguese customers. However, whilst it displays on the Order Confirmation when the column is configured the price is not being netted down - please advise.

I can see that you currently have the Gross Price configured to show on your order acknowledgement. You will need to display the Nett Price if you wish to see the price after discounts have been applied.
You can customise which columns are shown on the order acknowledgement in the Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud configuration.
