Subscribing to a thread not working

I know this isnt an app issue but couldnt see where to post this:

My most recent post i am subscribed to, but i didnt get an email when admin replied. Also i never received the email for the 2 latest releases even though i am subscribed to that thread.

Could you have a look into this.
