Orders can be downloaded from the cloud in CSV or XML format for users of our cloud Order Download module. I can get our sales team to contact you with more information if you'd like.
The order summary report in the Cloud Reports module cannot be downloaded yet. We're in the process of drawing up specifications for enhancements to Cloud Reports, which will include providing additional reports and allowing the report data to be downloaded.
