Orders Taken On The IPAD Have Disappeared

Our Rep PM took several orders on Friday and exported them without problem. However, after the download was done from the cloud these orders have disappeared. As they have not been invoiced yet they would not appear in the Order History from our back office - what reason would there be for them to be deleted ?

Re: Orders Taken On The IPAD Have Disappeared

In the General section of your cloud configuration there is an option with the following description:

Tick this box if you want the system to consider deleting exported orders from the device (available from version 1.2.7)

This option is only used by iPad devices that are working with historical order data from the back-office system. It has no effect on iPhone or iPod touch devices since these do not download historical order data from the cloud.

An exported order is only deleted from the device during the download process when historical order data has been uploaded from the back-office and processed on the cloud after the order has been marked on the cloud as having been downloaded to the back-office, since it is assumed that the historical order data contains that order.

This option isn't enabled by default but the box has been ticked on your cloud account.
