Since the Order History has gone live the download from cloud update is a lot slower - should it still only be new and updated entries that are transferred to the Ipad ?

If using order history, the first download after updating to version 1.2.8 will be slower since it's performing a once-only full download of the data.

Subsequent downloads should be quicker (unless your order history data is drastically changing each day).

You are correct - the user did not do a fresh update after updating to version 1.2.8 - I've tested by adding a dummy invoice and transaction line to our order history upload and that is the only data that came through on a file container over 56,000 order lines. Thanks.
