When Switching between Catalogues. There is a noticeable lag

There is now more of an overhead when switching catalogues since Sales Presenter recreates the catalogue style. We'll look at ways to try and improve the performance of this.

Regarding the lag switching catalogues and categories our Reps in the field are finding this prohibitive when with customers, I know it's only a few seconds but seems an eternity when with customers any improvements in performance would be very welcome.
