Hi
We have in the past noticed some prices are incorrect on orders received from a specific device. Asking the relevant user to force a full download and recreate the order has fixed the problem (a normal download not having any effect).
The MD's iPad encountered this problem yesterday, but a full download (x2) hasn't rectified it.
The same customer/product/quantity combinations on my iPad produce the correct prices.
The difference between the true and incorrect prices (2.75 and 1.79) doesn't seem to reflect any previous offers or discounts relating to this product, so it doesn't appear to be a "legacy" issue.
Any ideas as to the reason for this? Thanks

Is the Comprehensive Pricing Module enabled for the iPad in question? You can check this on your cloud account.

Yes, the iPad has the compehensive pricing module. Other products/customers are picking-up the correct pricing according to our criteria.
The product order entry screen shows the (incorrect) price, with the discount options greyed-out, as though it thinks this is a price for a customer specific price file (which it isn't).
On my iPad (and others) the code shows with the discount options available, (although set to 0% for this particular customer.)

Please use the "E-mail" option to the left of this post to send us some examples.
We will need a product code, customer code, expected price, actual price. We can then investigate your issue.
Also, which iPad is it and which Sales Rep is being selected in SP to log in?
