One of our customers has reported that when they select to copy an order from order history and tap on one of the product lines the system crashes and they have to log back in?

Does this happen with a specific product or with all products on the order? If it's with a specific product then I would doublecheck the data being uploaded for that product to see if anything looks "funny" with that data.

For us it is when you try and copy an order to a different address owned by the same customer. The problem is when you try and amend the copied order the ipad crashed and have you have to log back in and it wont let you change the copied order.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, but once you do log back into Sales Presenter you should be able to amend the order ok.
After investigation, we've found that while it crashes in the current live version, it works fine in version 1.2.7 which we submitted to Apple yesterday (this version has some tweaks in the area of displaying/dismissing the product detail screen during order entry and the tweaks have eliminated the bug causing the crash).
This version should be available in the App Store sometime next week.
