There is a setting in the Configuration->Order Entry section of your cloud account that allows you to specify the action to take when the user attempts to order a quantity that isn't a multiple of the OrdMultiple value for the product. By default this is set to accept the quantity entered. It sounds like you've got this set to prevent the user from ordering the quantity, but your product doesn't have an order multiple set up.

The OrdMultiple field is currently set to zero on all your products in the cloud database. I can see that you've uploaded a product CSV file which contains values of 1 for this field but the field hasn't been mapped in the field mappings section.
