Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
All our customers are assigned to a Road Rep but they have to wade through all the customers to find them. Is there anyway that the customers can be refined by Rep or is there a report that can be set up to allow this?

Various filters are available in the Customer Enquiry search but unfortunately there is no RepCode filter available at the moment.
However, there are five "user defined" fields that can be mapped for a customer and you can filter the customer search by these fields.
You can map the RepCode column in your Customer Accounts CSV file to one of these user fields (the same column in a CSV file can be mapped to any number of fields in the database). This will then allow you to effectively filter by your RepCode column in the customer search in Sales Presenter.
