Support,
We recently updated our pricing for products and I uploaded our new PriceListProductMatrix file to the cloud. However, now the prices for our 2 price streams (Detail and Finish) no longer show up in the categories or the orders. we have tried this multiple times, with refreshing the data and downloading to the iPad and the pricing information still does not show up. We have even tried deleting the file from the cloud and re-uploading as well as going back and uploading the original PriceListProductMatrix file and still no pricing data shows up. Can you please review and let me know if you can determine what is wrong?

In your Price List CSV file you have a Code of 'ZONE2', but in your Customer Accounts CSV file you are referencing a PrimaryPriceList code of 'Zone2'. Price lists are case-sensitive so the correct price list will not be picked up in this case.
In the field mappings section of your cloud account you can set a field to convert its contents to upper-case. Doing this for your PrimaryPriceList field should fix your issue.

I set the PrimaryPriceList field to convert to upper-case and updated the Customers.csv file with the capitalized ZONE references also, just to be sure. Then I uploaded the Customers.csv file again and downloaded the latest version of the data on my iPad. However, I still cannot see any pricing information. Please review again and let me know if there is anything else that needs to be changed.

Could you give us an example Account Code and Product Code where you would expect to see your new pricing?
Offline
This issue is I do not see any pricing old or new. I even tried uploading the original CSV file for the products and pricing we had in the system before the new pricing. No prices show up for any product regardless of the file I upload.

After having another look at your data, it appears that this is the same issue that you have experienced before regarding the StartDate in your Price List/Product Matrix CSV file which you resolved after we advised the solution.
Please see the following topic for more information. http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopi … 1539#p1539

I do not believe this is the issue. I reviewed this last week when I first discovered the pricing issue. I even put a start date for each product/price and it still did not work. Today I put a default of 01/01/01 in the file mapping for the PriceList/ProductMatrix, updated the Cloud and downloaded again to the iPad. I still have the same issue. No pricing.

Your current cloud data does not contain any values in the StartDate field.
If you have mapped this field then the column in your file must be populated with data.
If you have not mapped this field then you must provide a default value for this field.

As I mentioned in my earlier post. I have tried all options for this, including the default start date, mapping the field and supplying the startdate in the csv file. None of these options work. I just tried it again with a default start date, updated the cloud and downloaded again. I still see no pricing for any of our products.

We've done a download of your data onto one of our iPads.
For customer account code "10" and product code "1012" we are seeing a finish price of 369.00 and a detailed price of 436.00.
Can you tell us exactly what you are seeing for the same customer/product combination?
Offline
Now I am seeing exactly what you are seeing. This was not the case all along. However, the pricing does not show up if I browse for the products outside of an order or lines. That was also not previously the case.

Price list information is customer specific and can therefore only be seen during order entry rather than in product enquiry. It sounds like you've been trying to check the pricing in product enquiry.
Offline
I have been trying both methods and previously was able to view/browse pricing via product inquiry.
Offline
Price list information is only ever viewable via order entry since it relates to specific customers (since the price list codes are set in the customer file upload).
The only pricing information that is available in product enquiry is the pricing that has been set in the product file upload (i.e. non-customer related).
