Problems with PDFs

Hi
We seem to be experiencing problems with recipients being unable to open PDFs (Order Acknowledgements and attached to products), when emailed to customers or the office from Sales Presenter.  This has only been reported to me as of 01/08/13.  Any ideas what might be causing this?

Are the emails you are having problems with all coming from a single device?
Are all of your customers that are receiving emails with attachments sent via Sales Presenter experiencing the same issue?

Could you send an email via Sales Presenter to our service desk with an attachment of one of your product PDFs? We can then investigate your issue further.
