Order processing questions

Is there somewhere where I can put a Currently Out of Stock Until xxxx message on the product. That shows on the product at order entry level (thumbnail with + sign).  We still want to take orders but it also will prompt the salesman with all info in one place just in case they forget.

Are we able to process multiple delivery dates on one order. If so how?? and will it print more than one order confirmation for each delivery date.

Can you process more than one order at a time for one customer but different delivery dates or delivery addresses.

Thanks

The thumbnails in Order Entry can be configured to show any of the fields you upload in your Products CSV file. Depending on the data you upload, this may include your free stock and your next purchase order due date. You can set what is displayed on the thumbnail via the Product Browser section of your cloud configuration.
You can also configure the same fields to appear in the product detail screen. This can be done in the Product Details section of your cloud configuration.

Sales Presenter also has the ability to warn or prevent a user from over-ordering a product. You can set this option in the Order Entry section of your cloud configuration.

Sales Presenter works with due dates. An order may contain items with a multitude of due dates, but only one order acknowledgement will be produced for the order. You can configure the due date to appear on the order acknowledgement via the Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud configuration.

Sales Presenter is able to produce multi-delivery address orders. If a customer account has multiple addresses, you have the ability to select more than one address in the Addresses tab in the customer enquiry screen before hitting the Create New Order button. A cloud configuration setting can be found in the Order Entry section to enable the ability to input orders for multiple delivery addresses.
