Support for the Blue Alligator applications

One of my users has recently started finding that products with their associated images will not display. The user entered a customer record, created a new order and reviewed some products via Lines, Catalogues and then a family code. The result of this showed 11 products across 2 pages. The user drilled into one of the products on page 2 to add to the order and when she returned it only showed the last 3 products where the bottom right showed page 1 of 2, so she went to page 2 where the screen was blank - no products displayed. She had to exist out of the order and out of SP and then re-entered SP and the customer where it began working correctly. This has happened on 3 occasions in the last week - on different products.

We are aware of the issue you have described.
Order Entry was reworked to cater for the linked product functionality added in the last version. We're busy making some amendments to the reworking and will produce an update as soon as we can.
If your user comes across this issue again, simply switching between tabs (from 'Show All' to 'Ordered' and back to 'Show All') will return the products that have gone missing.
