Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
Since your last update, the + - buttons on the product screen seem to be reacting slowly. you used to be able to quickly touch the appropiate + - and they reacted straight away. now there is a delay, (kind of sticks) and suddenly instead of 6 you will have 9 or 13. this doesn't happen when you enlarge the item required and use the + - tabs. I welcome feedback on this.

They worked fine in the previous version! also since the last update I am having issues with the pages, you can click on an item and suddenly the whole page will disappear or go back to the begining of that family code. Again this worked fine in the previous version! Any idea when this will be resolved?

This area of the app was reworked to cater for the linked product functionality added in the last version. We're busy making some amendments to the reworking and will produce an update as soon as we can.

We have now addressed this issue and will shortly be compiling a new version for submission to the AppStore.

Since your last updates, the problem has occured again regarding - + buttons on the product item, there is no fluency and therefore one moment it will read 3 and then sudenly it clocks 7.. can you please re-address this.
also I noticed you can not slide the pages as before! are you encouraging the operating system to be used via tapping each corner to go forward or backwards!?

Unfortunately this is a side effect of moving to iOS 7. Although Sales Presenter is iOS 7 compatible, it is not yet fully optimised for iOS 7. We're gradually going through the app, making changes where necessary. This will be an ongoing process over the next few releases.
With regard to swiping through pages, this works as before.

regarding Swiping, as your other customers have picked up on ( Salcogroup ) this is no longer a smooth operation! will this be rectified in your updates?

Responsiveness is the biggest issue we have encountered regarding running iOS 7 on older devices. While we are always looking to improve the application where possible, there will remain limitations on the performance of those older devices.
