Items not in the correct Family

Hi

Hope that you can help.

I have product which does not seem to be appearing in the correct category.

we have a product which should appear in our "Professional" family (Family 5) in the "Hair Clippers" (HC) section but does not seem to appear anywhere in the families.

I know that it is a bit messy but below is the line from the upload file.

I item is on the ipad and can be found when searching via either description or part number.

There were two entries left (for products 8467-830 and 9246-810) in the cloud database from when the time you were uploading a productfamilycodes.csv file. I have removed these entries so the data on the iPad should sort itself out once you've forced a full download.
