Hi,
Hope you can help, I am having a problem with rounding when applying discounts.
We a have a product which is priced at 2.81 each we are selling 12 of these but also applying a 10% discount at the line level.
Sales Presenter is calculating this as follows:
2.81 - 10% = 2.53 x 12 = 30.36
Our back end office system is calculating this as follows:
2.81 - 10% = 2.529 x 12 = 30.348 which is then rounded up to 30.35
What is the best way to get Sales Presenter to calculate to same way as our back office system.
I have look at the configuration setting but visually on the sales presenter I only want to show 2 decimal places.
Regards

In order to match the rounding calculations of your back office your prices would need to be set to three (or possibly four) decimals (and values set to two decimals) in Sales Presenter. There's no way round this.
