Hi
One of the team has been out and bought a new iPad because he wanted a 3G version, he backed the old unit up to iTunes, first in the usual way via wifi to iCloud, and then went through the cable linked process with his PC to iTunes. He then did a full restore on the new one. Everything has come across, and for all intent and purpose, the new iPad now has everything the old one had, including the Sales Presenter App, it also shows that it has the correct amount of product lines. What hasn't come across are his customers or order history. We use Professional Edition 1.2.5 and operate it locally, i.e. not real time order support etc or link with accounts.
Can you help please?
Thanks - Alan Holmes (ICON ART LLP)

When an iPad is set to back up via iCloud then iTunes no longer performs automatic backups whenever the iPad is connected to it (you need to right-click on the device in iTunes and select the backup option to physically perform a backup). It sounds like the backup on the PC wasn't up to date so an earlier database has been restored.
I recommend performing a new backup of the old iPad in iTunes then restoring this to the new iPad.
