We just downloaded the latest version 1.2.5 of the app so we can use the new enhancement we requested for the ability to create/select from a list of product finishes that show up on the order header and order line segment when creating a new order. We upload a new file called finishes_notes.csv and associated it with the order analysis codes per advisement from Andy Blane. However, the enhanced fields do not show up nor does our uploaded data. Can you please review this and let me know what needs to be corrected or why this is occurring?

Sorry...disregard my previous post I just refreshed my cloud account and found the updated notes for the order analysis code setup and the corresponding configuration. If there are no entries in the configuration it will not show up on the OE screens. Thanks.

Now that we uploaded the latest order analysis code file and can see the order line fields ( standard finishes and rococo stains ) on the OE line screen we do not see the selected finishes we choose from the drop down list on the order preview or acknowledgement. The only information that shows up is the special instructions we type in for the order header or order line. Please review and let us know how to correct this issue. Thanks.

For backward compatibility, new features are usually disabled by default and will need to be configured before using them.
There are two topics in the documentation section of this forum that we recommend users subscribe to. You'll then receive notifications when we add new posts to those topics (typically after each new version of Sales Presenter has been made).

Thanks for the reply. I already subscribe to the version history posts and reviewed the latest documentation and posts concerning the new configuration changes. However, the order line analysis fields that I have configured in the cloud and the data that I am able to look up and choose on the order lines does not show up or display on the preview and order acknowledgement for our line items. I noticed that there is a configuration setting on the cloud that allows you to print the order analysis fields but not the order line analysis fields. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

The settings for the order line analysis fields appear about half-way down the Configuration->Order Acknowledgement section of the cloud account.

We recently updated our iPads to the latest 1.3.8 version of the Sales Presenter app and now we no longer see our Order Analysis Codes during order entry. The look up of these "finishes" is no longer available even though we are using the same configuration on the cloud and the same file upload. Please advise. Thank you.

In version 1.3.2 of Sales Presenter the order line entry section of the product detail screen became scrollable when configured to work with user fields. Previously these fields were found in a separate popup screen.
