Hope that you will be able to help me.
We are uploading the following files:
products - which contains the Stream Prices 1-8.
CustomerAccounts - which link each customer to a stream price. and also links each customer via the PrimaryDiscountCode to the DiscountCodeProductMatrix file.
DiscountCodeProductMatrix - which contains discounts to be applies to the customer.
As you can see we are using the complex pricing module.
This works great but we would also like in some cases to be able to override the Discount % on the order entry screen which at the moment is grayed out.
I hope that this makes sense

There is a setting in the Configuration->Order Entry section of your cloud account that lets you enable/disable the overriding of discounts for individual order lines. This will currently be disabled which causes the discount button to be grayed out.
