do i have comprehensive pricing functionality?
have created column on customer list for 'stream price' but unsure how to cross reference with the product listing.
maybe it is something i dont have access to with the standard app and possibly need to upgrade?

In the product file upload you can have up to 10 stream price values.
The price stream field that you've added to your customer file upload would need to contain the stream number (1 to 10) for the price that you want to pick up for that particular customer (leaving this as 0 for a customer means SP will continue to pick up the standard product price instead).
