Hello,
I have just setup a new ipod touch and done a full download, although all my product/catalog and customer data are correct when I hit the login button the only reps available to select are those from the demo data.
Can you tell me how I can get it to show my reps?

If the reps from the demonstration data are showing then it sounds like you've downloaded your own data over the top of this. I recommend selecting the Reset Database option in the download manager screen to delete the demonstration database then performing a new download.
