Is there a way to itemize the order lines to show special instructions for each piece (item) ordered? We need to be able to add special instructions for each item on a line and currently the app only allows for one special instruction even though we have entered a quantity of more than one for an item. For instance, if a customer wants to order 3 fountains and each fountain has a special instruction, which we will be utilizing for color finishes, the 3 fountains are not itemized on the line in the order it is just listed as total quantity of 3 and the one special instruction.

We also have a need to show itemized pricing for an item as we have detailed and finish prices for each item. Right now if a customer orders 2 of the same item but each have a different price this is not itemized on the order it just shows quantity of 2 and the total price. Is there a way to itemize order lines for the same item with quantities larger than 1?

There's no way to do this at the moment. We're currently adding the ability to place a product on the same order more than once so this should satisfy your requirement.

After entering an order on the ipad and going to the completion window, before clicking finish, we wish to change the delivery address but do not have the ability to do so. Is this something that we can edit before finishing the order? We do not always use the default delivery address and it is important for us to be able to change this address at the time of the order.

You can select the delivery address you wish to use before pressing Create Order. If you're wanting to change the delivery address after this point you would need to use the Copy Order option to make a new copy of the order, selecting the delivery address you wish to use for the copy.

So this is not a field I can edit to change to the delivery address to what every we want at the time of the order? The Copy order seems to be the same function. If we do not have alternate addresses defined I can not enter an address that is not in the list.

That's correct. All delivery addresses would need to pre-exist.
