Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
I have upload my customers file to the cloud but when going to my app I can't see any customer in my system even though I have downloaded the from the cloud and even after I have done a Force Full Download.
Everything seams to be Ok on the cloud but not showing in the App.

Check the Download Manager->Database Information screen on the iPad. This should show the number of customer accounts that are in Sales Presenter. If this shows the expected figure but also states that none of them are viewable then this means that you've restricted that iPad to a sales rep who doesn't have any customers assigned to them.
