Problems Uploading Reps & Location

hi, i have just downloaded your software, and am able to upload images but not csv. files. below is the comment i am getting.  Can you help me with this issue. i have tried numerouse things, 1 - putting into a zip file and then uploading 2 - changing the name  3 - redoing from scratch on a different file.

Unknown type of file or filename contains invalid symbols (reps.csv). Please see below for more information regarding filenames.

If you get the "unknown type of file" warning when trying to upload a data file then it means that the name of the file doesn't match any of the file mappings that you have configured on your cloud account.

In your case, ensure that the file mapping for the reps data file is set to reps.csv then try the upload again.
