The backorder indicator was only present on the iPad. The new bookmark and history indicators are also "iPad only" features at the moment.

There is no easy way to roll back to a previous version of an app.

We have found the cause of the crash in the price selection screen while in SP controller mode and will be submitting an update to Apple shortly. While the changes to the price selection screen in version 1.2.3 were tested on both the iPad and the iPhone/iPod (while in normal mode), we omitted to test the change while in SP controller mode. Our apologies for this and we'll ensure that our test procedures include this in future.
