We have started to use the quotations option. However the quotation form says Invoice To along the top rather than Quote To . Could this be amended.
Could the delivery to headings be removed
Also when you email from within sales presenter eg quote /order it does not attach the signature of the sales rep to the bottom of the email.
This is the signature stored in the Mail,Contacts,Calender -> Signature section of the iPad.
Fixing these would allow us to make more use of the quotation option and allow us to be more professional in our customer dealings.
Also would it be possible to convert the quote to a sales order with SP.

We want to try and limit the amount of individual pieces of customisation that we do to the order acknowledgement since longer term we want to implement a template designer so the user can customise their own layouts.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with iOS6 that hasn't been addressed by Apple yet. See the following topic for more information: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=257

You can amend the order and change its type from Quote to Order if the quote hasn't already been exported from the iPad . If the order has been exported you would need to use the Copy Order function and amend the order type on that instead.
