Please help me with this as i cant get this to work. Have tried it direct from the front screen and also from the customer enquiry screen. Also lower and upper case.

What happens when you try to run the report?

I get the message "nothing to report for given criteria"

This means that there's no information for the report to display based on the values you're supplying on the report filter screen.

So as i mentioned in the opening post HELP me! I have tried various dates, reps and customers but no reports avaiable.
Does it only work for orders taken on the ipad or does apply to all orders taken?

It reports on orders taken on the iPad. The order summary report in the cloud (for users of the Cloud Reports module) reports on orders taken on all iPads for an account (once the users have uploaded their orders to the cloud).
