I have 2 images that are not being uploaded to the Cloud with automated upload: 89-0063 & 82-9648. I have uploaded manually and it reports that it is successful, but they are not in the cloud when i go into manage images.

We've found the cause of this issue and will be updating the cloud service later today to fix it.

We've just checked and can see that the two images were uploaded to your cloud account ok last night.

I am having the same problem some of my photos will upload to cloud and some are not have tied a number of times but still no luck can you help.

Have you got an example of a filename that you're unable to upload?
