I have issues with what is being uploaded from X-Suite and what is appearing in SP in catalogues. Can i look some where so i can check what the Cloud currently has for our catalogues?

Yes, in the Manage Files screen you can download a copy of the CSV files that currently reside in the cloud for your catalogues.

I have products appearing in a catalogue on SP that arent in the catprods file. Please help me with this. Do you want examples?

Yes please, an example catalogue code and product code would help us investigate it.

codes: 628-006, 600-032 and 600-037 were appearing in catalogue 13-57 when they shouldnt. I have since forced a full download and it has corrected the problem. Im guessing it was to do with the server problems you had last week as SP users that hadnt downloaded when the problems occured did have these items in the catalogue.

That's what we're suspecting too. We're going through the download logic to see if we can find any loopholes where the device would think it has data that it hasn't.
