I am an agent representing 3 principles, 2 of which are considering asking their agents to use SP purely as an electronic ordering system and presenter with ability to email orders to their offices in a legible and consistent form. They would use SP as a stand alone system as neither have the need to link into a back office system.
Can each principle set up their own cloud account, propagate and manage with their products/information etc and then issue separate log in details to each agent to download to their iPads from principles cloud account or would principles need to provide relevant information to each agent to manage their own accounts?

Yes, each principle would set up and manage their own cloud account (including authorising which iPads can synchronise with their account) then provide you with the relevant username/passcode (not their cloud account login/password) so that you can create a new company in SP and pair it with their account.
