Re: Uploading picture via zip file or picture folder

You won't be able to select a picture folder at all. The upload function will only upload files.

What size is your zip file? The upload process will accept zip files of up to 1GB in size (although for a zip file as large as that I'd consider splitting it into a few smaller files and uploading each of those instead).

Uploading a large zip file may take some time so once you've selected the file and started the upload process, I'd recommend not touching your web browser and just let it work away.

Re: Uploading picture via zip file or picture folder

That size of zip file should be fine - it may just be taking a while to upload. Once you've selected the file and started the upload process, I'd recommend not touching your web browser and just let it work away (even if your browser displays a timeout screen, the file may well still be uploading ok).

Re: Uploading picture via zip file or picture folder

Please check out the getting started with your data guide that can be found in the downloads section of this site. This is an essential read and the steps in it need to be followed in order to get your data uploaded to the cloud, processed and onto your iPad/s.
