Ive uploaded a new product in all the right places but its not appearing in the collection. Product is FG2622. Please can you help

This was a timing issue since the entry for the product in the productfamilycodes.csv was created on 22/02 but the product wasn't created in the products.csv until the 25/02.
I've refreshed the timestamps against the productfamilycodes.csv file so the data should correct itself on the iPad when you next perform a download from the cloud.
We'll try to work out a solution to cope with this scenario in the future.
