Since you've got your family codes set up in your products.csv file you do not need to use the product family codes.csv file.
However, you need to set up and upload a familycodes.csv file which contains a list of the family codes that you're using in your products.csv file.

Hi
Im tagging on to this as it is a familycode issue with a difference. All has been good updating Ipad and Iphone with my files until I did a force full download. Since then it has been funny, the only codes showing and their products are of more recently added products. It seems that the family codes are acting on the new products croteria but i have removed it with no change to the problem. Any help appreciated

I've checked your cloud data and it looks like there was some left-over data from the time you stopped using the product family codes CSV file last September (since your family codes are now in your products CSV file). I've removed this data and refreshed the timestamps on your products and family codes in the cloud so the data on your iPad should correct itself when you next perform a download in Sales Presenter.

All looks fine again
Thanks
