I have just setup a new device and done a full download. The database information button shows I have 1830 images on the device and that is the correct total but there are products with missing images that are displayed on my other ipads which also show they have 1830 images.

We've been looking into this today but haven't yet worked out why some images didn't download properly. However, as a workaround, we'll be adding an option to the Manage Files section of the cloud account shortly to let you force the downloading of individual images to the iPads again.
