I previously spoke to someone about SP automatically removing images that are no longer used from the cloud. Is this still going to happen? I ask as with lots of new products and images as well as uploading a few videos we are at 80% capacity. Just trying to avoid manually removing hundreds or thousands of images.

It is going to happen at some point.
It's not quite straight forward as it sounds though - in your scenario (being an X~Suite user) any image deleted from your cloud account will simply be uploaded again the next time the data extract process within X~Suite runs. We're currently thinking about the best way to handle this.

Agree as there would be a lot of image movement making downloads bigger and longer each time.

Are you any closer to solving this issue? If not then we may have to delete all images or maybe the majority and rely on them all being uploaded again?

This is on the wish list but we haven't yet scheduled a time for it to be looked at. Automatically removing the images is only half the issue though since you (as an X~Suite user) need to ensure that you maintain the image folder on your file server otherwise any images removed from your cloud account would simply be uploaded again by X~Suite.

So if i did delete any files by mistake that were still live then they would be reloaded back up to the cloud?

Yes. Please note that some images will temporarily disappear from an iPad if a user performs a download after you've deleted an image but before it's been uploaded again.
