Hi one of our reps has changed her name. Where do I need to make changes to change her name on the login and do I have to change anything in cloud. THANKS

The reps name needs to be changed in the reps.csv file that you upload to your cloud account (you can download this file from the Manage files section in your cloud account if you no longer have a copy of it).
