i AM AN AGENT WITH A FEW COMPANIES ON MY BOOKS, WHEN I TRY TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT FOR THEM IT TELLS ME AN ACCOUNT ALREADY EXISTS FOR MY EMAIL, AS I DONT HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR EACH COMPANY DOES THAT MEAN I CANT DO IT,

Unfortunately that is the case at present. A unique email address is currently required when registering for a cloud account. We will look to review this at some stage.
