Support for the Blue Alligator applications

I've just uploaded updated catalogues CSV, Products and Catalogue products CSV's to my company Brainstorm.
My old catalogue titles were in capital letters and my new in lower case. for some reason my new cataloues are showing and in the sequence that i included, but there are some of my old catalogues showing as well.
I've checked my CSV's and they all look ok to me.
Not a major issue as the detail within the catalogues is correct i.e new pricing etc.
Would just be cleaner if the old catalogues weren't there.
Any idea why this is happening?

We're not sure why this happened so we're currently looking into it. Does forcing a full download correct your list of catalogues?

No, tried a full download and the old catalogues are still there.

I must admit, we're scratching our heads here.
One way to get shot of them would be to perform a Reset Database (to physically delete that database file for that company on the iPad) then download again. Please note however that this would also delete any orders held against that company.
