When at an exhibition is it possible to have printed Customer, Rep or Office copy on the print out?
Also if an order is taken by an agent and it isnt their customer can the order acknowledgement have printed the rep of the customer not of the rep taking the order?

You can configure up to four lines of text to appear at the bottom of the order acknowledgement. You could set one of these to something like "Customer Copy / Rep Copy / Office Copy" then cross out the copies as applicable on the printouts.

You can now configure the system to do this via the Config->Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account (SP already had the ability to do this but we've only just added the option to the cloud account configuration section).

Thanks i have managed to fix thoses problems
Next issue i have sort of relating to this is that when the orders are going into X-Suite they are appearing under the agent who took the order stats and not who the agent whos customer it is. Is this an issue to sort out here or with the service desk?
