I've done all the configurations etc on the cloud, downloaded to the I Pad, no problem, but now I can't start as it keeps saying 'Invalid Password'. Where is this set? I'm using the one I set in the cloud settings?

The password that you're prompted for in the login screen within Sales Presenter is for an optional rep specific password that you can set up in your reps.csv file.

If you haven't set up/mapped this field then you do not need to enter a password on the login screen. Simply select the rep and location you wish to log in as and tap the login button to log in.
