Deleted image Still Shows on Ipad

Hi

I have just uploaded some replacement photos on the cloud, I deleted all the old file and then uploaded the new image files (which have the same names)  after updating the ipad however some of the old images are still showing.

Do I need to do a force full Download instaed of just downloading from the Cloud?

Re: Deleted image Still Shows on Ipad

The iPad will still show old images that haven't been replaced. Deleting images from your cloud account will not physically remove them from an iPad.

Re: Deleted image Still Shows on Ipad

If you no longer want to associate an image with a product on the iPad then i recommend that you replace the image for that product on your cloud storage area with a generic image (such as your company logo) to be displayed instead.

Re: Deleted image Still Shows on Ipad

so there's no way to delete an image from an ipad?

replacing it with a generic image isn't really an ideal solution!

Is removing image files from the ipad something your looking into?

surley it would be a good idea that the ipad image files are a mirror of the files on the cloud

That is the way we intend it to work in a future update. The main priority for the initial versions of Sales Presenter was to ensure that users can get their data and images onto the iPad in the first instance and are able to take orders. Housekeeping on the iPad is a lower priority development given the small size of the image files that are downloaded to the iPad.
