You are not logged in.
Ticking the boxes for the discounts in the Configuration->Order Entry screen means that you want to be able to change the discounts during order entry. To disable this you would need to untick the boxes.

i have changed the prices on some items, i have uploaded a discounted catalouge and removed the products concerned from the products and catalouges spread sheets so they are only on the sheets once with the new prices but they are still showing the original prices even though i have deleted the original prices, can you help please,

I can see that you've performed the Process Files option in your cloud account a few times today (the last being at 15:51) immediately followed by a download from cloud on the iPad (the last also being at 15:51).
This may just be a timing issue. Can you perform another download from cloud on your iPad then check to see whether the new prices are now appearing.

Can you give me an example product code, the price it should be and the price that you're seeing on the iPad.
